4. Table bookings through our booking provider
Reservations are made through an external online booking system operated by a third party (Restoo), which you reach by clicking a link on this website (isole.myrestoo.net). Clicking the link takes you to the provider's own website; we do not embed the booking form on this site and no data is sent to the provider automatically. If you make a reservation, the details you enter there (such as name, email, phone number, party size and time) are transmitted directly to the booking provider and processed under its own privacy policy. We receive only the reservation information needed to honour your booking, and we process it on the legal basis of performing the contract you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and keep it only for as long as needed to manage the reservation and comply with legal obligations.
5. Map on the contact page
The contact page shows an interactive map whose tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org). When the map loads, your browser sends requests to OpenStreetMap's servers, which may record your IP address and technical request data as part of their service. 6. Hosting and server logs
